Importantly, the system is programmed to avoid any form of human manipulation and partiality and violators can either opt to contest the violation in court or pay same utilizing online payment apps such as MNG or GRA’s Padna App.

Government noted that the initiative is not intended to penalize drivers but rather to make our roadways safer for all users and as such encourages motorists to abide by speed limits and other traffic regulations along the highways. Government plans to roll out nationwide awareness campaign aims at educating drivers of the system and its benefits.
